Hey, I'm Zoe.
Founder of the Body Whispering Institute

I've been in the Body Work & Spa industry for over 14 years, working in some of the best luxury spas as a therapist and, more recently, as the International Trainer for the eco-luxe spa brand, Sodashi.

During my time at Sodashi, I spent 4 years travelling to some of the most luxurious resorts and spas, working with notable brands like One + Only, Four Seasons and Shangri La across Australia and the Asia Pacific.

My ability to connect with and inspire the teams, whilst providing training that was engaging, educational and incredibly transformational, quickly gave me a reputation for being the best trainer the spas had ever had.

After training in so many different spa environments, I realised what the best properties in the world were doing differently to stand out! And I also realised that product knowledge, treatment protocols & beautiful facilities were not enough. What was lacking in these spaces were therapists that were truly present and intentional with every treatment, who knew how to connect with their guests and create an exceptional and deeply transformational experience.

A common training gap in the spa/body work industry is having the time to harness your natural gifts, focus on refining technique and treatment experience as well as learning everything you need to know to run a thriving and successful business.

After 4 years, I left this job because I knew it was time to create my own offering.

I put everything I had learned in my career into practice, followed the guidance of my intuition, learning from my mistakes as I went.

And in the space of 3 -4 years, I went from offering 'massage' from the spare bedroom in my house, to creating Body Whispering, building a clientele base of 300+ and going on tour, offering Body Whispering Australia wide.
